Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests can be made before your order has been dispatched. If your request is received in time, we’ll process it accordingly. Any eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, as it is already in transit.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Partial Cash on Delivery orders, the 50% advance payment confirms the order and initiates production. Cancellation requests made after production has commenced or after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
